technical computer help urgent!

how do i speak into a mike on the computer and have it play LIVE through the speakers. i don’t want to record and playback later.
please help, t’is urgent.

you go to your sound options ( usually on the task bar) and then if there is an input there called mic. turn off the mute….. however you will probabbly have to go to file or options at the top and then one of the selections will let you you select wich imput devices you can see in your sound options. Thats how to do it

sorry im a bit vauge on the exact things the options are called as i cant pull it up on my computor because i have custom sound software. If you get stuck give let me know.

no but that just lets you go in to Sound Recorder and save a file and then play it back later

i want to talk into my mike and have it come out of the speakers!

yeh im thats what i meant…. im not taking about going to sound recorded, im talking about the sound options on your computer (in the task bar) or even through control pannels

do you know where the task bar is??? ie. the bar of icons near the clock in the bottom right of your screen…..

he sayd whilst hoping ur using windows, not mac-os or linux lol

lol dont worry i can get into sound options

its just i want my voice which i talk into the mike to be amplified thru the speakers
doubt windows has an inbuilt software to do it…

yeh you can do it, you just need to dispaly the mic. input and turn off mute…lol

still don’t get it….i can’t just talk normally and make my voice any louder than it always is
