I have noticed a few posts that ask how to make someone a friend on this site…

.well this is how.

if you click on the persons avatar you will see their profile page….
Then you click on the little green man with the plus sign that is nest to the persons online name…
when they do the same you will be friends.

As indicated by this arrow…

You can also do the same using the same icon in the post….
Simply use the persons reply….

I think they shoud have it explained like that in the F&Q, make it alot easier for everyone to understand then, I know they way they have it written is easy enough to get to grips with but haveing it shown to you is much better I think.

I would do one on all the functions on this site … but how long will it be before the new developer changes the layout.

Users get confused on editing and reporting.

Maybe when you have done it on a post then they could link it to the FandQs somehow?

Would it take long for you to do? I mean don’t do it if it is a stress.

not long….I did a manual for the new network admins at ASD on how to use the admins site..that was a lot more complicated than this site. Used the same method and it seems to of worked, they dont ask questions like they have before.

I dont like when you edit a post you cant preview it before making the change like you can when you first put a post up…
