not sure why, but if you type webkinz.com/us_en/ and it will take you to the log on screen. i had to list this as a favorite to go back. kinxchat is also not working. there is no way to e-mail webkinz with these issues. only pre made questions. good luck!

Everyone if you having problems go to your google toolbar and type in Webkinz on the first link under it should be FAQ go there and click log on from there. Hope this helps. :)

Okay this one just worked for my husband. I found this on webkinz insider chat where someone called Ganz and they talked them through it and it worked.
Open RealPlayer
and go to “Tools” and then “Preferences”. Click on “Download & Recording”. Uncheck the box that says “Enable Web Downloading & Recording”. Super Hope this helps!

I am having problems loging into webkinz!
After I login my user name:ShortStuff0176
(add me) and my password it goes to the
green loading screen and then never loads
up it just stays on that page never loads
or anything I hate it.So I thought it was
my computer so I went and bought a new one
well…it still doesnt work so I dont think
its the computer I dont know it may~b its the

I have many young children and it is the only site I would ever trust them to use without me in the room. I use it on a daily basis. It really is awesome.

Honestly it has yet let me down when there is a problem.
Also it has all the contact information to to telephone Webkinzworld. And if you have a really serious issue, normally someone will be willing to private message you an extension #, so that you don’t get lost in the shuffle of messages…basically you get a human being and a response ASAP (worst case a few hours that person will call you back)
I know that Ganz has a reputation for poor costumer service, but I have never experienced any issues with any CR.
So really if you enjoy Webkinzworld and you have any questions/problems/just want to share whatever…

I tried to become a new member for 3 months and I finally got logged in. I don’t know if my parental controls on Norton was blocking the page so I added the webkinz website as a site that was okay to go to. I also added 66.48.69.102 as a website that was okaty to go to. Then I copied and pasted this into the internet explorer address bar: http://mci2.webkinz.com/loader4.php?g… Then it worked! Now my daughter is a new member!
One other thing… maybe it worked because I was doing all this at 11:30 at night and there wasn’t that much traffic on the website…. either way, it did finally work!

try doing turn off computer and then put back on it might work then
