Money help: what can I do to not be completely pounded. - Help.com

what can I do to not be completely pounded.

I have two collections accounts in the last 2 months and am waiting for court. I have no money to give them right now and no one to turn to. If there is anyone out there has been through this or can shed some light on what to do. Please help
