This is regarding the Maps section of Yahoo.
Please correct the following: Originally, “in the old days,” when one obtained a map and chose the “Printable” version, the little star that indicated the location on the map was retained. Now, the location star drops off and you are left with a map of the area with no indication as to where the actual destination is located. NOTE: Not holding my breath on getting this resolved; I’ve been trying for months. Clearly, if Yahoo had to rely on customer service response to stay in business, they would have been out of business in a week. Customer Service Rating: NON-EXISTENT!!!!!!!
