I have the disc in for setting up the dial-up and it wont go through the steps to set-up dial-up for internet.

It just gos to the msn live and says I am not connected to the internet, I guess I will have to save money to take it to radioshack and have someone fix it and clear my computer.

Can you be more specific? what has stopped working? Does it boot-up. When did it stop working? Do or did you get any error message?

My internet (msn dial-up) stoped working and someone took off computer and reinstall and it wont work, help

Somewhere on the disk or in the instructions you should find a phone number for the provider support. Call them and they will be more then happy to help you get set-up. It will be a lot easier if you have a cell phone to call them on
