Clean your mother board. It sounds like your processor is overheating and shutting down. Blow out all of the dust form the parts. Hope this helps :-)

If you have completely reloaded Windows and the problem persists then you can’t blame the hardware. It does sound like the processor is overheating but, it could be something else. The next time it crashes and reboots go to START, CONTROL PANEL and click on Adin tools and select EVENT VIEWER. Find the error and tell us what it says…

Does this happen in protected mode? The next time it crashes and reboots go to START, CONTROL PANEL and click on Adin tools and select EVENT VIEWER. Find the error and tell us what it says…

I’ve found something there.most of errors are depending on svchost.exe and actually a lot of them depend on my browsers opera, fire fox&internet explorer.look at one message:
Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0×1315c2b0.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events….
and the last message I’ve seen ’till now:
The description for Event ID ( 1000 ) in Source ( Microsoft Management Console ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: mmc.exe, 5.2.3790.2612, mmc.exe, 5.2.3790.2612, 000024a0.

For the mmc.exe check out the information at - http://www.file.net/process/mmc.exe.h… - also for the faulting problem go to - http://slees.net/2006/09/16/fix-to-fa….

Hope this helps, your friend Ron

Take it in if you cannot fix it. It shouldnt cost more than 200.00 to have it fixed. That way you know its done right. Hope this helps :-)
