I have just been arrested for driving over the limit

I find life without drink a little difficult
it started with a sleep problem
Anybody else have the same things ?
I now have depression but am afraid to speak to anyone

i never had the same problems but i think you shouldn’t be afraid to talk with someone ! There are also many centers where you could solve your problem with drinking and sleeping as well ! Try to look after them :) good luck

hmmmmmm, well maybe you can go into treatment when the court says u have to go
and then attend some AA meetings
