Help, I feel lower than low and finding good reasons to not live anymore. Not trying to freak anyone out, just need some help please!

i felt just like you earlier on today, and i came on here too. after replying to a few casual “fun” posts, i have cheered up no end and feeling better than i have in days, just talking to people.
talking to people about random rubbish is often the best way. find something to occupy you.
