Fifth grade homework help?

We are doing fractions of all sorts, and I have trouble with the subject.
The first problem - 4*5\6=?
The second problem - 5\6*2\3=?
The third problem - 2/5*3\4=?
The fourth problem - 3\7*2\10=?

Please don’t give the answers, just the directions to get the answer.

when you multiply fractions, just remember that you can multiply straight across
if you had 2/3*8/4 then you would multiply the two numerators (2*8) and the two denominators (3*4) and then just reorient them 16/12

also remember that 4 can be represented as 4/1

are you supposed to reduce your answers?

no you do NOT invert fractions to multiply them….you invert when you are dividing them

4*5/6 = 2*2*5/2*3

cancel the 2 in Numerator and Denominator

we get 2*5/3=10/3

solve the rest by urself

best of luck
