Friend, for a fast (and sometimes risky) investment I would try shares, I have tryed with a few companys and I have lost money with some and gained with others, the other one to try is relastate it takes longer but there is a greater chance of gain, but both are risky, as all things can be.

Diverfication is the key. Best to have real estate, stocks, bonds, and a savings account. Do NOT put “all your eggs in one basket!”
