How do you create an uplifting state of mind when everything seems so depressing?

It seems like it takes a strong person and I don’t feel strong enough.

If it only seems and is not really, you can get out of depression. However if there’re factors that make you depressed and nothing good, then within such conditions it’s impossible.

It’s not a battle with my mind anymore, it’s become a battle with life and all things uncontrollable…and that used to be controllable, now is hard to climb out. And all I want is to somehow get the positivity to overcome these obstacles in steps without getting bored with the task at hand.

It just hit me all at once to an extent where I wasn’t sure what my emotions were about it, so I felt like I was going crazy. Not necessarily weak. I think I reacted better than the average person would, same with everything else.

Do you have any moral support?

I took a giant leap back. There’s people who care; they care too much. People who don’t; I seem to run to them more.

I’m in a big predicament right now.

I know what to do. Basically in laymen’s terms I’m having a tough time keeping myself positive enough to stick to the tasks I need to accomplish. And all it’s doing is depressing me.

Well if you have enough time you can try to do some different positive activities, something that you like or if that doesn’t work find something new.

Maybe so. I just know it’s going to be a hell of a ride getting out of this mess I’m in.

Still you need to balance it with positive things in your life, you’ll get too stressed if you think about problems all the time.

True but it’s inevitable with someone like me. I can’t sleep because of it or even do enjoyable things. Not really just an issue in particular, any problem I have.

It’s like I can’t make one flaw…
