Thoughts on the show The Simpsons

Does anyone else think that The Simpsons used to be a great funny show but is now not good at all? I think they should have taken it off the air long ago so that people remembered it fondly. Instead they keep it going and going and I worry that by the time it is off the air people will remember it as crap. You should have quit while you were ahead Fox Network! :)

I still like the Simpsons. No, every show isn’t hilarious like they used to be, but there is a lot to be said for their staying on almost 20 years. A lot of people still find them funny, and I am definitely one of them.

Singhor, I agree, the show needs to end. I mean it was good, yeah, but it’s dragging on and turning into crap.

It’s not so much a great show anymore, more of a Fox trademark that they keep around for good ratings and a good reputation.

You are soooo right. The Simpsons rules. Katieness, to me, the new ones are funny also, but you can tell sometimes they are having trouble coming up with new and funnier stuff. I can honestly say I have never watched a Simpson episode I didn’t like. Family Guy on the other hand……….
