Heres a question…

. Did Jesus push His beliefs on others? How did He share what he had to share? I’m really interested in seeing what ppl think :)

I’m not sure he did, but his followers sure have come to do so throughout the ages.

He preached much like individuals we see in the streets shouting proclamations, went to temple and engaged in discussions with the Pharisees and learned men of his time. He gained fame for his rhetoric and knowledge. He used that to draw people toward him. Some initial followers were family like his cousin John the Baptist.

I don’t think he pushed. I think he encouraged. I mean the number one thing he asked was to love everyone, even your enemies. Even if he was pushing you towards that..whats the harm? It loves he was asking from everyone (and still is!) :)

Idk, from what I understand, I dont think He was like a corner preacher. It sounds more like ppl were just naturally drawn to Him.

When He wanted to talk to them like a sermon or something, He would go out into a field or on a hill or something and they would follow Him because they wanted to. Like the sermon on the mount. And when He spoke, you couldnt help but listen, because you probably could tell how much He cared about you, even if you didnt understand what He was saying. When He looked at you it was like you were the only person in the world who mattered, and there was suddenly hope in your heart where there was never any before.

Jesus didnt have to push his religion because He lived it, it just eminated from Him. He was a healer in every sence of the word. The story of the woman with an issue of blood is one of my favorites because its illistrates one of the most wonderful things about Jesus. He was a healer in every sense of the word. Just to be around Him was to experience healing.

I think the pharisees hated Jesus because they were power hungry. They were threatened by Jesus because the ppl did love Him. They felt He was stealing their athority with the ppl.

Well I really didnt mean for this to turn out to be so long lol. But that is kinda in a nutshell how I think Jesus shared His religion.

Really interested in what other ppl think tho. :)

I like to think of Jesus as a comtemporary P.I.M.P.. One who didn’t care what a bird said.

I dont think Jesus pushed his beliefs on others at all, because he doesn’t do it now. You can believe in him or not, but he won’t hate you for it. If doesn’t do it now, why would he have done it then?

Jesus did what he did and the people thought it was cool so they followed and the George bush at that time did not like the idea of Jesus being followed so closely so he had him done in
