and y do i always die an wake up in a cold sweat it realy freaks me out im just lookin for comfort so feel free not to answer i kno thats a wierd question sry i cant spell either

oh my gosh. that happens to me! and its not even that i die..i have like an out of body experience and can’t wake myself up. usually when i wake up i realize its only been like 5 minutes and it felt like i was trying to wake myself up for 2 hrs. it is the scariest thing in the world. it happened to me one time in high school. then once i got into college its happened more frequently. maybe its stress? i dunno?

i kno what ur sayin ive only had one of those kind of dreams where i realy did wake up 9 times in my dream b4 i realy woke up it scared the **** out of me i hope we can figure it out one day

oh my gosh! i truly thought i was the only one! i’ve my parents, talked to friends none of them could relate! i always have to update my mom and tell when it happens cus sometimes im short of breath and panic… i mean it doesnt happen like every night but often enough to creep me out

yeah im in the US. yeah it is helpful because people are there for you in everything. i have alot of problems haha…not mental or psychological…just everyday normal problems..everyone is fairly nice and helpful. plus i find that helping others helps myself as well.
