seriosly i doubt it but havin not tried it for myself i wouldnt know. my sis eats special K though n shes just as fat as ever(lol). but that could be cause she doesnt excercise or nothin. if you really wanna know then try it yourself.
I think that if you do as they say and ONLY eat 2 x bowls of the stuff with skim milk it would work. Sugar you can add becuase belive it or not, table sugar is not at all that fattening. I did it once, ate the red-berry one, but only a 30g serving each morning with 2% milk and well just tomatoes and gherkins “pickles” during the day and lost like 4.5kg in 7 days - that is 9 pounds I believe. You devide pounds by 2.2 to get to kilograms. However, my boyfriend ordered me to STOP that eating regime immediately because
1. I turned into such a bi/ch
2. I have had eating disorder well all my life - constantky on my mind my weight is
So what I do noow is very unhealthy but it keeps my weight stable and no-one is any the wiser.
Oh, but back to your question lolx Yes it will work if you only eat the Kellogs and nothing else, read the fine scrift at the bottom of the add, “only in conjunction with a kilojule controlled diet” - as per usual with miracle diet stuff!!
probably because you substitute 2 meals with a bowl of cereal. you can always lose weight if you’re barely eating, that’s basically what they’re telling you. try to find more well rounded meals and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. that’s the better way to go.
All you have to do is eat 500 fewer calories per day and you’ll automatically lose a pound a week. It’s just math. 3500 calories = 1 pound.
Chew sugarless gum instead of snacking. These special named diets are all garbage. You make considerable progress at the expense of your health and once your willpower gets soft or your focus veers, you plump back up like a balloon.
If you really need something to follow, follow a diet that wasn’t created to get you to buy something. I recommend the No S Diet as a sensible diet for people who have problems with willpower: “No snacks, no sweets, no seconds, except on days that start with S.”
Good luck.
actually…you should snack. you should eat every couple of hours. that’s right…eat between meals!! choose a 100 calorie or less snack to munch on half way between each meals. this will keep your metabolism going, you don’t want to trick your body into thinking that you’re going into starvation mode because then it will just hold on to food/fat longer. make use of all the water bottle flavored drink mixes, especially the ones with protein. it will calm you hunger and is only around 30 calories a piece. each healthier foods, try to make your plate as colorful as possible so you get a wide variety.
:O)
well i haven’t tried it as yet but by reading some of these reviews I’m nervous. But you could never judge the book by it’s cover. You have to try it for yourself to see if it does anything for your body….And yes exercising is very important without it you might as well eat anything instead of the cereal.
dont do it!just eat a healthy well balanced meal three times a day along with plenty of water and cut out all the sugar and processed trash!
i havent tried!! but i need your views about this!!!! should i use it??
i want a loos wait i eat killoges every day tell me more about for k special
Never eat that junk.. I just saw it at tv.. They actually add iron. The same iron that’s used it cars! They tested it with a magnet and they actually got some iron from the cornflakes. unbelieveable! Your body has no way to process that and it may cause damage.
I’d say : avoid kellogs if the ingredients say iron!
(kellogs is also forbidden in denmark because of this)
