For the last few months now since January i feal watched

all the time like 24/7 it mostly starts at night like 10 mostly every night the fealing comes back i sometimes feal as if something is out to get me and that scares me im deeply afraid to move a night in my bed if i awake at during the night im scared to death of my closet and my window ive awoken at times where i it was icy cold freezing and it lasted for a few secounds when i awoke and when i went to go check the tempichur it read 90 on the thermostat is just me being paranoid or is it something else ? :[
