How do I unblock this pls?

What do you mean by ‘blocked’?

Assuming you’re trying to play it on your computer, what error is coming up?

I downloaded a movie   I try to play it and a message comes up   Content Blocked   This media file can only be played by the equal software.   Go to help.com to unblock

It really said go to help.com? That can’t be right.

What file type is it? Where did you download it from?

Try playing it with VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/).

If that doesn’t work, try installing MediaInfo (http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en), which can help identify what program you’ll need to run it.

I downloaded an avi file jst like another movie from limewire
will goto media info first wil keep you informed how I go

Depends which codec it says it needs. MediaInfo should have a button linking you to the website for the appropriate codec.

Or, just get CCCP (http://www.cccp-project.net/). It’s a collection of common codecs, as well as a couple of good media players.
