If there are any weight trainers out there, please read this.
I’m twenty-one years old. I’ve been lifting since I was fifteen. I weigh 218 pounds. My stats are Bench: 340 Squat: 475 Cleans: 255
I’m not attempting to boast; I just need to know specific exercises to help improve these maxes before Aug. 4! I have a competition against a monster. My triceps are holding me back on bench. My lateral Head is impressive enough, but my long head isn’t up to par. And on cleans, I can get the snap up, I just can’t hold it out. If anyone could give me a couple of great exercises to jump start, it would be great. I’m trying to get my bench up to 380, cleans up to 275, and body weight down to 205. I’ve tried all sorts of exercises I know, and none of them really burn me much.
Note: Please don’t tell me things I already know. I know I can’t list them all specifically, but I’m not an amateur. I’ve been doing this a long time. I need a really good professional opinion.
