I have a hair problem:
Recently (like I have noticed thinner hair in the past 6 months)I have been losing a lot of hair. It is also extremly brittle and dry and tangles really easily. What could be wrong with my hair?

No, I wear my hair pretty loosely most of the time. Also, I thought it was a vitamin deficiency so I started to take some good expensive vitamin supplements and a liquid iron supplement. They aren’t really helping much. I have been taking them for about 2 months.

Ah, possibly. I hate the doctor. I have been to see her and her advice was totally useless. She did give me some blood tests though and they all turned out normal. So odd.

I’m going to be living in Toronto soon. The weather may have something to do with it! Women do lose their hair. I think you should get a complete physical, and perhaps consult with a dermatologist. General practitioners will miss about half the stuff that a dermatologist finds.

Really? I will definitely get a refferal this week. When are you moving to T.O.? Where do you live now? Toronto is a really great city. I really love living here. Hopefully you will be here for the summer. Toronto really comes alive in the summer and there is tons to do and see.

I should be up there inside a month! I love that city! I love the CN tower and going to Centre Island and seeing the various museums! I saw the “Lord of the Rings” play there about a year ago. The Blue Man Group, also! But the city itself just has this charm like nothing in the States. I will get dual citizenship, I suppose! Hope I can get a work permit up there quickly!

Now . . . Atlanta. Very hot and humid in the summer–like Jurassic Park! ;-)

Ha ha! This is the only week in the year that Toronto is at a tolerable temperature. Not freezing and not humind and gross. Can you believe there is lots of snow in Calgary still?

I have a hair problem:
Recently (like I have noticed thinner hair in the past 6 months)I have been losing a lot of hair. It is also extremly brittle and dry and tangles really easily. It also breaks easily. I don’t blow dry my hair, use many products except hairspray, and wash with drugstore shampoo like Fructis. What could be wrong with my hair?
