Its great and really works i have one on today and i feel great i work in an office where we get lots of treats - Biscuits, cakes, Muffins and other naughty nibbles. Now i have been using the patch my cravings have reduced and my tummy looks and feels much flatter. Give it a go but remember to cancel your subscription within 14dasy otherwise they charge you an extra £30.
