This is not work that mods should be doing. Pay more attention when you are typing.

Maybe my mind just happens to be a little bit elsewhere at the moment.
For goodness sake, it was only a mistake, and we all make those.
It’s not fair to have a go just because someone made a mistake.

Thanks yet again, kinzi (:
I wish there were more people like you in the world who are willing to stand up for other people.
Of course you can ask the mods to fix it for you. I’m sure a lot of people using this site have got a lot more on their mind than remembering to click the anonymous button.

Just a quick comment to yourabi.
You clearly haven’t read the FAQ page. FYI, it says:

How to I report problems?
If you have questions, concerns or worries about any Help.com website features or fellow community members, please leave a message in the Help.com community suggestion box and one of our moderators will get right back to you

It says nothing about what mods have got time to do, and what they haven’t.

I did get back to you, and *I* am telling you what mods do and don’t have time to do.

For goodness sake, why do you have to be so insolent?
I have a serious reason for not wanting to reveal who I am.
This website is supposed to ***HELP*** people. Ever noticed its’ name?
Why can’t you just be helpful?
If you’ve got time to keep replying to this, then you’ve got time to delete the ones I requested.
I wasn’t questioning whether or not you got back to me, I was simply saying that it says that you can contact mods about any concerns you may have.
And this happens to be a cause of concern to me.

When you flagged this post to the mod team, did you not see this message:

PLEASE NOTE:
Do NOT use this to reply to a post or ask for assistance, you will get no reply.

This form is only for contacting admins about site problems or reporting users for breaking our TOS

A) One text is tiny. One is big red letters. Clearly one is more important.B) Thank you for pointing out that inconsistency, the two messages don’t make sense on the same page.

I removed that last bit. The flag feature is really for alerting us to bugs, site problems or violations of the TOS. Not idle chit-chat.

I only noticed the bit of text that kinzi pointed out as well.
If that text was on the page, then you can’t blame me for reporting it.
And thanks to the mod who actually was kind enough to delete the posts I reported. (:
And thanks for that other advice about always being anon, other anon :P
