wow wish i could help but i dont understand that feeling… maybe if you describe it…

It’s kind of like.. I don’t know. It’s like what you feel like when you’re in love except it makes you, well me have either panic attacks or breakdowns, which are both a bit similiar.

Lol ok then i think i know how you feel… deep breaths help, very slow deep breaths… i used to get that feeling all the time, and occasionally when i still think of him… heh… you wont die of it, unless you let yourself die, whyd you two break up anyway/

Appearently, “he wasn’t around as much as he should be?”, well that’s what he told me anyway. Excuses. I don’t know, it was weird. We both just started changing I guess. We’ve been on and off between the last three years. He’s polite, and kind to me always. But now he just trys not to talk to me as much, he was my best friend, now it’s just like he never even knew me. Those slow deep breaths never work, they just make the feeling get worse and worse.

well when all else fails do what i do …cry… my record 3days straight… funny you kind of remind me of my relationship… now its an obsession, trust me its not something you want. im kinda in a rutt there, i guess i cant really help, sounds like were kinda in the same boat…

Mm. Exactly, it’s like an obsession or an addiction. I have an problem with wanting and needing him. This stupid feeling I get it just makes it worse, more painful. I don’t even think I can cry. I’ve only cried four times in my life, not counting when I was a baby.. I just get suverely

depressed.. what the hell? alright whatever. I’ve learned that this feeling, it always stays.

well ill give you some advice that they just gave me… talk to him to try to get some closure, or get more hobbies,find yourself another bf, try to move on… im doing the first, im going to try to communicate with him as soon as possible

I’ve tried that, he just wont talk to me. Thanks so much, I guess I’ll take up some more sports. I’ve been trying to move on for two months. It makes me want to go rawrr.

LOL you think thats bad try almost 2yrs…but im going to try to talk to him…check my post, it should be under yours, maybe the advice they gave me could help you…
