I am 5′6″ and weight around 145lbs. I want to weight 125. I have tried diets and exercise but all it does is make me lose weight for a short time then gain it right back even though I don’t change anything. My greatest weakness is chocolate but I only eat it maybe 5 or 6 times a month so overeatting and sweets are not the problem. Any ideas?

Ok, your ideal weight is between 124 to 148 pounds, so it’s cool to shoot for 125 I think, but you shouldn’t feel like you’re overweight or anything.

I have been steadily loosing weight just by not eating dinner. I know that sounds weird, but it works. I eat all the food I want until a certain time (for me, 3PM) and then I stop.

Ideally, you shouldn’t eat two hours before you go to sleep anyways.

If you don’t want to exercise, just keep moving! I’m sure you do anyways, b/c you have kids, right?

Also, eat more fiber and vegetables and fruits and less red meat.

DONT LOOSE IT AS QUICK AS YOU CAN!!!

The quicker you loose your weight, the faster you gain it back.. if you were to slowly loose your weight over a long period of time, it would than be easier for you because you wouldent gain it back so easly.
Just Exerscise a few times a week Eg. Cycling, Jogging etc.

I am 16 but i Cycly around Richmond park in England twice every 2 - 4 days, i also Skate and go out and about with my friends around london.. that way i’m looasing weight but only slowly, and at the same time, i’m also engoying ot. =]

I dropped about 17 pounds in 24 days doing the following.

Breakfast - one piece of fruit. water to drink.

Lunch - lean cuisine. water to drink

dinner - six inch lo cal subway sandwich. water to drink.

one hour after dinner …walked 3 miles every night.

p.s. I also took a multivitamin daily.

good luck

try a 3day-detox with only orange juice, beetroot juice and water. this will re-set ur system and if u dont usually overeat and are mobile most of the day…u’ll start loosing automatically…dont go for sudden weight loss as it may put ur body in a state of shock!!!

Best of luck!

Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Whenever you eat carbs or sugars, eat them with protein and veges. Try to only eat complex carbs when eating carbs. To burn fat, avoid strenuous cardio exercises such as kickboxing, dancing, aerobics… when you do these exercises you burn sugars instead of fats… instead stick with slower rhythmic exercises such as walking and jogging, keeping your heart rate at a maximum of 65% of your target heart rate (to find you heart rate subtract your age from 220).

These are some of the basics from a body makeover I started 2 weeks ago and it’s been working.

Start drinking that drink Beyonce had - it’s lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper - you can find the recipe on Google. Just type in those ingredients and it will show up

I think that’s the master cleanse, but in the long run, those results aren’t really permanent for regular people like us who don’t have time or money to hire a personal trainer. She needs something effective for the long run, the faster you lose it, the faster and worse it comes back!
