Recipes for one?

Does anyone have any good recipes for one person? I’m stuck. All I can think of to make lately is spegetti, potatoes, can soup, tuna casserole and grilled cheese.

you mean bread with an egg crakced in the middle…doone that too…lol I fix eggs a lot too….

I like the second one. I’ve never heard of it though, well the “salad” aspect…just ham, mayo and bread? I’ve always been bad at cooking, and I’ve just havn’t been able to pull together anything good lately.

Make a salad with some grilled or oven baked chicken. You can even make a big salad and eat on it for a couple of days.

for ham salad, I mash/chop up ham ( I just buy ham in a can) and then add some mayo and relish to taste.

Make some pasta with some olive oil, butter and garlic sauce (and any other spices you like). Mix in some cooked chicken and steamed or sauteed veggies (broccoli, zuccini, yellow squash, etc.).

Thanks again. I probably should copy all of these into a word document to look at when I need them.
