I keep making really self destructive decisions.

such as drinking too much and sleeping around. I feel like i have no respect for myself anymore. Im in college and my school has counseling services, but im not the kind of person that talks about his problems or emotions unless its anonymous. What can I do to be happy again?

well try to stop doing the destructive behaviour… if your friends are the ones who you feel lead you the wrong way then get new friends or let them know your not interested. respecting yousrelf is important, they have recomended to me to repeat positivites about myself to my self. and to relax away from the things that stress me out…

I was the same way for a while. You just have to start doing some good. Learn to drink for the buzz not for the excuse. Surround yourself with good people making positive decisions and you will not be as tempted to do stupid things. Remember how you were. That person is still a part of you. You have the ability to be stupid or good. Just focus on how you want to be and you will find yourself making decisions to help you get there.

Doing it here is one way,and there are sites with professionals that the counseling can be done online too.Finding out why might help too,by listening to yourself and being more mindful of your actions.
