i want to start making myself sick again

‘the last time i use to do it i used salt water but that made my tummy hurt
ive been trying to use fingers and tsh but its not working
help tsh pleases

i used to de it n sumtyms i still de brush ur tounge n at the bak n slowly ull start to feel sick n then stick ya fingers dwn ya throat nmove dem abwt n yall puke n then eat loads n de it agen
