I was having trouble with webkinz,always a blank screen.

When I used this link www.webkinz.com/us_en/ I got the log in screen BUT I couldn`t log in,NOTHING would work. So I found this link and IT WORKS. Hope it works for you too! www2.webkinz.com/us_en/ Good Luck!

I could not get the log in screen of the Webkinz Website to appear and tried everything for the last few weeks. I saw the post about using www2.webkinz.com/us_en/ and tried it and it works. I am so grateful to Anonymous for posting this. The URL address link that used to come up was: javascript:pW(’loadReturnUser’)and error on this page. Now I can get into the site.

Worked for me, I am using Internet explorer, but could only use regular web site with Firefox. Still very slow to load pages, not a happy customer & don’t recommend if you don’t have high speed access. Thanks for the tips though.

Didn’t work for me on our desktop. I sent a note to the administrators at WebKinz but have not received a reply yet.

I know this string is a several months old but we’ve just discovered the problem and the recommendation in the post above did not help.
Has anyone else come up with additional ideas?

You can call Tech department, if no answer leave message with phone # and they will call you back with in a couple of hours or a couple of days. They helped me alot.
