I have been frauded and have posted about that on here before.

I am in real need of HELP and without it will lose my house. I owe the bank about 100k because of fraud by a “former friend” and I cant go after him because he filed bankruptcy and has nothing to give. I can make up for about 50k of what I owe but not all of it. I need help. Really. I figure with all the good people out there in the world. (Billions) there has to be at least 50,000 people that can help. Seriously, I am desperate. I will update you as I go but I am asking each of you to please donate $1.00 to my Paypal account and if I can get enough to get out of this mess, then what ever I have left I will donate to someone else that is a victim. if you want to verify that I am truely in this mess, you can call the Utah Dept. of Real Estate Licensing and verify. Talk to David Mecham 801-530-6747 I am sure he will get sick of getting the calls, but I really need the help. I am not asking for a lot of money, just $1.00 per person that can help.

Yes, I have checked with EVERYONE. It seems that all the Government agencies that are out there are only interested in taking care of the guy who did this and not helping the ones that are hurt. I have also talked to many charitable org’s and they all say the same thing. “you are not a charity with a tax ID so we cant give to you” I am truly stuck here. I dont know where else to turn.

Bankrupcy allows you to maintain one place of residence. Delcare it, keep your house, start over.

did you have insurance? house insurance, renters insurance… (if you are talking about this having to be done with your house)
