I’ll assume you mean Japanese. Rosetta Stone has software, also immerse yourself in their culture and speak it as much as possible with people who have known it all their life. Or, get a language translator.

Go to language school or classes, get a self teaching course, find a Japanese friend, go to Japan to study the language, there’re lots of resources in the net as well.
