Anything is possible, but it would probably require surgery or some form of drug. Anyway, I think it would kill you. Safe weightloss peaks at 0.5 to 1 kg max per week. Don’t aim for anything more, it just ain’t safe.
WOW!!!!! That’s a lot of weight for such a short period of time!!!!! I need to lose more than that, and I can tell you, there’s not a “good” way to lose that kind of weight in that little time. For most women 2-3 pounds a week is considered safe (men, due to greater muscle mass tend to lose more but still don’t expect more than 5 pounds a week) Generally, if you eat a very controlled diet (keep it balanced, if you cut all fat out your body will actually cling on to what fat is there), and excercise (aerobic excercise, heart beating for 30 min) 3 times a week, it’s not uncommon to lose 5, even 10 pounds for the first week or two. Just be CAREFUL losing that type of weight in that short of time, isn’t generally considered safe and healthy, especially for long term weightloss.
My recommendation is keep smaller goals, and get there one acheivable step at a time, so you don’t give up.
for me dear i made a strong strong diet and i lose 30 kg durnig 3 months
i didnt eat any thing only fruits vegetables only only and doing the first month 2.5 hours in gym second month 2 hours and third month 2 hours a day.
its hard but possible

If you follow this diet i GUARANTEE you can lose weight. i have lost 20 kg and this was the fastest way i did it.
breakfast: poached/boiled egg on wholewheat or rhy bread and a peice of fruit, not banana or apple (these fruits are filling and have more calories so save these for snacks when your hungry)
snack: banana or apple
lunch salad with lettuce, tomato and cucmber and small amount of saltwater tuna or boiled chicken (it dosnt taste bad just cos its boiled!)
Dinner: i find you need variety so try one of teh following and rotate!
- kidney beans with chopped chilli (speeds up motabolism) garlic, zuchini,mushroom and tomato (all chopped very fine) heat all togethe for a yummy hot meal
- small peice of grilled salmon and salad with balasmic vinigar instead of fatty dressing.
-rice paper rolls stuffed with honey, soy and garlic chicken and capsicum, cucmber, carrot and avocardo. these are really yummy - sort of like sushi
The most important thing is to eat small meals at night. if you feel u will get hungry later on in the day then you should increase the size of you breakfast.
exercise about 5 times a week or more for about an hour. I lost my weight by swimming (its the best) but any cardio excersie will work well. try to execise in the afternoon to burn off the calories youve consumed that day. exersing twice a day will give best results.
i lost 3 kg a week and (i know people say thats not healthy) but i never felt better, my skin glowed, i didnt have cellulite and i was happy and full of energy… best of luck.

The right answer is the answer you do not want to hear. Firstly think about the time it took for you to put the weight on. You should never lose weight quicker. 30kg is a substantial amount of fat to lose. In fact if you put the fat on a set of scales you would be amazed. Therefore you cannot expect your body to cope well with such a dramatic loss. You will end up with a lot of loose skin and more than likely a very flabby body due to high muscle wastage along with the fat loss.
The best answer is you shold give yourself enough time to lose .5kg per week - in your case 60 weeks. I would also recommend having some maintenance weeks at every 25% goal interval to give you a break from your exercise and strict eating routine. 30kg is a lot of weight and I would give yourself a year and a half to lose it.
Losing weight by not eating is also a bad idea. You tend to lose a drastic amount of lean muscle tissue (& water wastage which is stored within your muscle tissue) which is undesirable as lean tissue is very thin and you need to lose body fat. You should aim to reduce your body’s required calorie intake by 200-500 calories per day through a well balanced diet of carbs, protein and good fats. There is a school of thought to go on a high protein diet but there are some downsides here. Firstly most protein contains a large amount of fat so you must stick to lean meats. Secondly you must have a lot of vegies in that diet or you will end up with internal issues. Thirdly low-carb diets are very difficult to follow longterm and eventually when you do return to carbs, your brain will want you to overcompensate to restore fat cells for emergency.
The other important thing is to have some sort of fitness/weight training regime. Cardio activities will allow you to be even more calorie deficient without simply dropping food. Weight training activities will tell your body, “No! You cannot burn muscle because we need it!” Weight training is just as important as cardio for this exact reason. You need to give your body a reason to maintain lean tissue so that it moves to burning fat tissue for energy.

Reducing 30 kgs is just very simple….Life takes seconds to change….Same with excess fat in body….The main thing U should set in mind is that i have to do it…and I’ll definitely do it…then noone can stop u to reduce weight…..just do one simple thing…anytime u’ll start eating something just drink 3 glasses of water…then eat ur food….do it and see the change…

am 6ft tall,weighed 106 kgs before i started working out.i started working out since 6th february 2010.today i weigh 75 kgs.
i only do cardio.right from the very ist day i hv never missed out on any single day 2 go for a workout.i workout for 1 and a half hours everyday,and i do maintain a diet,though now i am free to eat a few of my favourites.
every week i check my weight,and every week i lost more than normal.my highest weight loss was 3.2 kgs.i also consulted a dietician once.she said that there’s nothing to worry.if one can push oneself to the limits and control their eating habbits and exert out more such weight loss is possible.
i’ll be happy to weigh btwn 65 to 70 kgs..sm still working out daily,but i’ve reduced it’s intensity and now i follow a healthy diet.

To lose 30 kgs with the strictest form of diet and regular workout you need atleast 4.5 months.aftrall it’s our human body.

5 am - Honey and lemon water 1 glass
5.30 t0 7 am - Brisk walk
7.15 am to 8.15 am - Yoga
10 am - 1 spoon protein powder on 200ml soya milk (without sugar)
10.30 am to 11.30 am - Gym
1 pm - Green tea 1 cup
2 to 3 pm - Swimming
4 pm - Green Tea 1 cup
5 to6.30 pm - brisk walk.
7 pm - green tea 1 cup
8 pm - honey and lemon water
Whole day 4 ltrs of water apart from above.

Have 1000-1100 calories a day..no more..
eat lots of protein and fibre and very less carbs..
have foods like eggs,Chicken,almonds,fruits,muesli,oats..
exercise for 4-5 hours a day…best thing is to do vigrous dance or
walking..
drink 10 glasses of water a day…
im planning to have only 400 calories a day and exercise for 6 hours..
to lose 2 kgs a day..but please dont do this..its very unhealthy..
just follow the 1000 calorie diet

Losing weight is never easy. I have learnt from a friend of mine that there is a really simple way to lose weight. Firstly, forget about the weight, concentrate on eating 6 small healthy meals a day and the weight will peel off. Make sure you eat breakfast. A small bowl of high fibre cereal is ideal. At about 10.am have a snack of 2 rice cakes with cottage cheese or peanut butter.For lunch have a sandwhich made with lots of lettuce and tuna/chicken. At 3pm eat a small cup of plain yoghurt. Have a small meal for supper. My friend lost over 60kgs doing this.It took her just over 6 months. Oh, and don’t forget to drink 8 glasses of water.

look… each of us has our own regime of exercise and weight loss… listen to your body… dont push it too hard… if you are exhausted stop… but eat healthy and drink plenty of water… if you can lose weight quickly, good for you… but just because some people can doesnt mean all of us can! be careful… and be smart… that is the only way to lose weight!!
Hi, although its very unhealthly to lost that much weight in such a short time I did .. I lost 15kgs in 15 days for a wedding I was attending but it was mentally and psychically tough. I took optifast shakes morning, lunch and night and worked out every night for an hour (mostly running on the treadmill). After the wedding I stopped and put it on twice as fast :) if you have a lot of will power there’s no reason why you can’t but you can’t have even one bad day because you will find it twice as hard to get yourself motivated to keep going. A good thing to motivate you is put a skinny picture of you on the fridge and cupboard and have a competition with someone else to see how can lose the most weight.

I tried the African Mango plus pills 1kg in the first week.. After that it stopped working.. Do exercise everyday for an hour or 2 and the weight will just start to fall off. eat unprocessed food, stuff you would find running in a paddock, growing in a veggie patch or stuff you’d find on a tree, and only a small proportion of it. eat the most in the morning and the least at night, DO NOT eat after 7. If you work out in the morning (before eating) it will increase your metabolic rate (drink about 2 glasses of COLD water before going to do your work out) and you should work out in the night (after 7) too to use up all of your excess energy from the food you’ve eaten during the day. eat a main meal every 6 hours and you can eat a small piece of fruit or veggies every 2 hours. 2 fruit 5 veg a day, remember that.
only eat fruit &veg
excercise for 2hours a day
drink 3litres of water a day
DO NOT EAT ANYTHING ELSE. I MEAN NOTHING ELSE

35kgs in 3months would be too much to ask. Mayb u can lose 25kgs in 3months through X Attack weight loss plan . Its a program to be done at home through exercisses and nutrition plan. I have lost 23kgs with their help

You can take help from X ATTACK weight loss program . In 3months i lost about 24kgs. They dont give any medicens for weight loss its through natural ways of exericises and nutrition plan

If you want to lose weight like 20kg in 1 week eat healthy foods only breakfeast lunch and dinner no desert. exeersize in a gym or get a personal trainer i am 10 years old i used to weigh 50kg but now i way 20kg in just 1 week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast
->2 slices of wheat bread with omlette or honey along with green tea..(9 am)
-> one milk tea by 11 am
->sometimes dosa
Can we have peanuit butter with bread.?
Lunch
-> 4 chapathis with chicken curry..
Can we eat rice along with 2 chapathis and if yes how much quantity to eat in rice along with sambahar and dal.
NIght
->dosa or 2 chapathis with 1 big spoon of rice rice..
IS this diet ok or anything can be changed in this ..pls suggest me..i have my dinner by 8 45pm.
Also every sunday i have chicken biryani both as lunch and dinner..is that ok?
Exercises
-30 min of indoor cricket by thorwing ball in the wall and self playing with bat where i sweat most of the time..
-10 min joggin inside home
-10 min stationery cycle
-25 situps
I do this daily…BUt mostly once a day ..very rarely i do twice since i am working in IT field.. Is this form of exercises ok..I have started to do this recently only for past one week…
