Nervous.

When your nervous or scared, what’s the best way to unfrighten yourself. I don’t mean serious danger, I mean like if you have to make a presintation or your nervous for an interview or your first day of work, etc.

I like meditation before hand. Really relax, and breathe, and visualize the kind of day you’ll have, the kind of person you want to be that day.
