I know we’ve kind of strayed from the topic, but here’s my response to the question: Well, every girl is different. honestly, most girls want some one they can love who will honestly loves them back. I think respect has a lot to do with it. i’d just like a guy who I could talk to, be comfortable with, and who… gets me.

Respect and appreciation are key for me. If I feel taken for granted, unappreciated, or disrespected (even a little bit) I am out the door. It helps when a guy makes it a goal to never take his girlfriend for granted because if you don’t keep that in check, it is human nature to take people for granted.

I am not Chinese, but that response is in Chinese (well done). I am an American, making a bit of a stand in favor of China. I mean, I’m learning Chinese because I like the country. Too be honest though, that statement is pretty outdated by this point, since defense is no longer needed.

actually, just thinkg about it. there are no set answers to your questions dertenbee, everyone is different. ya’d have to just wait until the girl in question arrives and not go into it with any preconceived ideas. if you truely love her you’ll know how she deserves to be treated…

well. i have to say… i come from a long line of horrible experiences with guys.. one in paticular was abuse..and i do have to say.. there are many things in the back of my mind that replay when little things are said or done.. its a fear that i hold onto.. because it keeps me on my toes so that i can be ready to run if things seem to be the same with someone new.. its not that i want to remember these things.. but it helps me to be aware of what i want from a relationship.. so listen to her.. and how her past was.. and just make sure you dont show those same signs..

it sounds like she really needed a friend to lean on.. and you were there for her. if she recently broke up with her boyfriend.. space is definately something that is needed for her… not a boyfriend right off the bat.. give her time.. and see where things go..

Hi . for me the most important is that the guy i love to be honest with me all the time i think even if he hurts me with that! I like those guys who are not pretending to be someone else who loves me just the way i am ! Who doesn’t judge from your outlook ! This boy must love me .. take care of me as i do ! The other thing which girls hate about a guy is when they are jealous ! I love the boys who trust me and give me some space you know what i mean :) Thats all I think it’s pretty much :P

Is nerdy
Sense of Humor
Honesty
Loving
Caring
Loves his family and friends
Open-minded/ likes trying and learning new things
Hard worker/ goal oriented - has some dreams for the future
Not a jerk, not possessive

In terms of physical traits:

Nice eyes
Genuine smile
I prefer tall guys, like 6′ and above(but open to options)
I prefer if he is older than I (but sometimes open)

All I ask is that a guy love me with all his heart and treat me with respect. For him to open and honest with me and actually wants to be friends with me more than anything. I want a friends and a companion. In return, I am a VERY loyal and honest girlfriend. I don’t play games(unless you want me to). I like taking care of my man when I can, and LOVE feeding him(and always pray he loves it). I bring, love, joy, and honesty to any relationship. :)

I would treat him like a casual boyfriend. I don’t think people my age should have like really really serious relationships. Ex. -together ALL THE TIME, constantly texting each other, etc. I talk to him a bunch but not so that it interfers with school work, my job, family, or religion. If I loved him I would tell him that. I would never cheat on him, that’s just wrong. I hope that he would love spending time with me, surprising me, etc.

I mostly like about guys is all those things that girls don’t seem to have. There is a GUY essence. I don’t know how to describe it. I guess some would call it masculinity- and I guess it sort-of is, … Somebody would also go *nudge-wink* Pheramones… (which is true, guys smell fantastic- that that isn’t the point).
Make sense? No, I didn’t think so.

Mostly, what I want from guys is intimacy. (I know, I’m awful for saying it) I want someone who I can love. I mean, I love people, I love my friends, I love my family, I love my pets. - But the “my other half” kind of love. I have little things that I’d like from a guy: intellegince, sense of humor, being taller than me, etc. But I don’t have a rule about “I’m not going to date a guy who isn’t at least 1.3682 inches taller than me.” (of course, if you are shorter- the chances of having chemistry is kind of slim… I try not to let that influence it- but it is true)

My dream guy is (well, a total dream) Someone who can leave me alone but always be there. Someone who I can tell anything, and they will tell me I’m being an idiot (or yes, that dress does make your butt look big) but will still love and accept me regardless. Someone who is smarter than me, but never makes me feel stupid. Someone who will work out with me, even when they are much more fit than me. Someone who can do romance without the hollywood crap (leave the flowers, chocolates, and diamonds at the stores).

My only ‘rule’ is I have to love-love them. (I swear, I’m going to have to turn down my best friend someday because I loved them, but it wasn’t enough) I’d rather be an old spinster in a mansion with a million cats then to marry someone that wasn’t “the one”.

If I fell in love, I imagine (and since I haven’t- this is only an imagine) that I would drive him insane. Hell, if I’m going to live the rest of my life with him- I’m not going to hold back on my stupid little habits that I hide from others. I am going to show them BEFORE the marriage. He’s going to have to live with them. However, I also believe (from experince) that if it really did bug him, I really would work to change (geniunly, not just hide it like I do from others). I imagine something a lot like “my best friend” sort of relationship.

(Note: I’m nuts, advice, stay way from girls like me… I’m the type of girl that guys whine about being unable to understand.)
