Trust

I dont know why but I have a hard time trusting my wife. I love her tons but i question what she does and who she talks to alot and i feel really bad about it. Anyone have any suggestions on how to be better trusting. She has never done anything to make me question her. Need sugestions

If there is no reason for you to distrust your wife, maybe a closure in your past would help it? was there a time in your past when you feel betrayed?
