How do I write the number?

xx = Country number (DDI)
yy = Country region (DDD)
zzzz-zzzz = the phone number

you first dial the country calling code, which is usually

++XX

where X is the country code. + signs can be replaced by zeros if they’re not available on your phone.

Then, dial the area code if there is one. Remember, to drop the first digit if it is zero!

Step 3: dial the phone # as you usually would.
