i heard it does, so look at the colour red for awhile and tell me if you feel hungry.

I have heard that as well. That is why it is a popular colour for dining rooms and restaurants.

I heard about it too. Blue has the opposite effect, that’s why not recommended for the tableware. In short, cold colors make you lose appetite, warm ones make you hungry.

Yes but don’t choose color for your surroundings based only on one preference cause colors have effects on other things too, not only appetite. For example blue is also calming and could be depressing too. If you still don’t want to make big changes, you can just add something of a certain color for desired effect, anyways before deciding you should find out more about color therapy.
