Two-three years ago I started to get several bad sore throats.

That went on for about 2 months until my thyroid got swollen. My symptoms were pain breathing, pain eating/drinking, pain sitting up/standing up, pain talking, couldn’t talk, pain swollowing, etc. After a couple of months with that I came down with RND, a nerve disorder. Ever since my thyroind went down I have been wondering very much of what was wrong with me then. If anyone knows or h as any ideas please tell me. =].

It seems late but you still should go to the doctor.

Did you mean RSD? RSD is a nerve disorder and not even the doctors can tell you what caused it, nor can they cure it. Having a bad thyroid is also a serious matter. A goiter is a swollen thyroid, and when that happens the thyroid is usually removed, leaving the patient to take hormones for the rest of their lives. Have you found yourself gaining weight?

Here’s the deal… do what Itsmag said… go see the doctor if you’ve not already. The hormones to the thyroid are controlled by the pituitary gland in the brain. If the thyroid is not working, and it causes the pituitary gland to over-work and become damaged you will be in VERY BIG trouble, because the pituitary gland is the control center for other glands in your lymphatic system… Your lymphatic system is how your body fights off disease and illness… loose it and you can imagine your life.

hmmmm couldn’t find your source with that link; sorry :(
This was mine, also from personal experience.

Pain Management: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome

Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), also called reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD) syndrome, is a chronic pain condition in which high levels of nerve impulses are sent to an affected site. Experts believe that CRPS occurs as a result of dysfunction in the central or peripheral nervous systems.

CRPS is most common in people aged 20-35. The syndrome also can occur in children; it affects women more often than men.

There is no cure for CRPS.
