Love help: Hi, I’m new, starting today. - Help.com

Hi, I’m new, starting today.

I just found out about this site & thought it would be helpful for me since I’m a single parent looking to solve many issues. Hopefuly it will help with my typing skills!!ha ha. I was hoping to find people maybe even in my area, who knows I might make some new friends. I have so many issues it’s hard to know where to start. If you read my profile it will help. How do you read peoples profile? I don’t know that. I’m terrible with computers. I don’t even have mine on line because I can’t make it work correctly. I borrow my boyfriends or go to the libraries. I’m just lonely, even with a boyfriend. You need more than that in life. Relationships are complicated. I was just wondering if there are other lonely people out there that might; be a single parent with an ear or advice, from foster care, dealt with CPS, need others to just listen & love them for who & what they are, live in chronic pain (status post devlivery-teen preg-epi complcations), have to live with a disability, try to survive on SSD, need daily help that isn’t covered by medicare or medi-cal, been abused in any way, feel trapped with no answers, feel guilty because you can’t do all the “normal” things with your child(ren) due to chronic pain with/out underlying depression, feel frustrated about the services that are NOT covered or your needs are not met primarily due to health insurance, the lack of “teaching” time availible to our children, I could probably go on forever. Maybe someone will have something/anything to say to a lonely desperate parent/person. If so, give it to me baby. I want to see how this thing works. Thanks.

From now on you’re not alone! Welcome to our world. I’m lonely too. I work 8 to 12 hours a day. Sometimes just to make ends meet. Hi! I hope I can be your friend and you can be mine.

Hi kimkitty. I don’t know much about this site, but to see a profile, click on someone’s name, to see nearby people click on the location, to be less lonely click on the little people icons by a person’s name. to solve all your issues ummmmmm maybe someone else knows about that.

Wow! How cool. You got back to me so fast. Sometimes I really miss working because you get to (or at least I did) see & talk to others. Sometimes when you hear ohters troubles it makes yours seem so small. Don’t get me wrong, every persons problems are important (to someone). It’s hard to justify the way I feel when I have so much faith & know I’ll be taken care of. It’s just human nature to have emotions. I’ve been working on becoming humble & aware of myself. I know I have a lot to be thankful for & that leads me to the thought of finding this sight. Being an optimist I know there’s a reason for it & I also know right up front that I can take this oppertunity to work on my spelling, typing, & computer skills.

Thanks, & when I open a new email I’ll see how to add you to my list. Take care.

I don’t know how this works. I see all these replies to my post but can’t seem to get back to them. Yours came up them a box for me to reply. Do you know how this works? Have you been doing this long? Maybe you can advise, in simple terms, please.

I’m not bored, just tired. Had a bad night last night & got only 5, maybe 6 hours sleep. I need to get things done & not sit at this computer, but I am currious. I have a long standing family tradition tomorrow, a million things to do & a long way to travel. I may not be able to talk much more till later.

I’m replying to that part of your response by clicking the little word balloon next to the gold star way to the right of your name (then deleting some of the words.)

Just a quick question how can you be 22 and your son be 8 and you say he was born when you where 16. It doesnt add up correctly. I would check your math because when people read your profile and see stuff like that, it gives the impression that you may not be telling the truth when you make your posts. Hope this helps :-)
