He’ll be fine to take a shower. You on the other hand might want to consider not using your computer unless you have one heck of a UPS and surge protector.

if it’s an indoor shower it should be fine. It’s raining outside anyway so i don’t think the water inside would matter.

Wow. It’s pretty much passed here now. My hubby missed his shower, but I survived using the computer too, too engrosed to put it down!

Thanks for the help. I’m not keen on thunder storms I must admit. When I was a child, my mum was ironing and the iron got thrown across the room during a storm. By the surge, not my mum!!!

Is it safe to use electrical equipment or take a shower in a thunder storm?

We are having a huge storm here at the moment with lots of lightning. I’m on the computer (obviously) and hubby wants a shower. Should I send him off to potential doom????
