On line try narc a non or look in your neighborhood al a teen is a good choice. It was the only way I could stop.

God will put someone in your life that has been thru this and can help you with it. That is the way my issues have come about and have been helped thru someone that has been put in my life. I didn’t even know that we had been thru the same thing until I spoke to them about what I was going thru. It helps just knowing that someone else had been thru what I am/was going thru and that there is someone that really understands the problem I am/was facing. I say am/was because part of them have been worked thru. I am just waiting upon the lord to be removed from this other burden in life. But I have faith so there is nothing to worry about.
