Generic means that pills are made from the same chemicals , but under order brand name.
Mostly generic medications have same uality but cheaper.

The active ingredients are the same. The cost differs because a company can make generic when the patent on the original formula runs out, so they do not factor in research costs. The inactive ingredients (sometimes the coating on the outside) can sometimes differ. In the USA, the companies that produce the generic are usually good quality ( because of the FDA)– I do not know anything about other countries.

I do not know about websites– where the product is coming from, etc. I assume, as with all websites, you should do some research to determine where they get their product, etc. Maybe someone else here has more expertise on that.
