Yes you can, do you believe you have multiple personalities or do you know someone that does?

if you suffer from multiple personality disorder, then typically when another personality takes over, the first can’t remember anything of what happens. however, usually they gain an understanding that this new personality exists.

I am just not sure…I act and react differently and am unable to be the same person at work, home, when I use different names with strangers. I am aware of everything that goes on but cant be the house wife of mom that I am…

Nothing crazy about you, you just seem to have a wide personality. I act and react differently around different people it’s just my way of coping with other personalities. If you feel it is effecting your life though you may consider counselling.

Then I advise you seek professional help. They may just try to stick you on pills but I feel what you need most is to talk things through with a trianed professional as to why you have these personalities. They can usually arise in times of stress or heavy burden as a way of the mind to shield itself.

No I just like to help and do alot of research on these topics because they are often around me or part of my life. However I will listen to anythng you have to say and wont charge a dime if you feel like venting.

I don’t blame you most times they really do just give you pills and send you on your way. However a local government paid pychologist could be the answer. Thjey listen to what you say and talk with you about how you can help yourself. It’s free to see them once a month and fifty dollars flat every other appointment. Unlike shrinks they talk with you about your problems and try to diagnose the underlaying pychological problems and give you reccomendations of what you can do not just listen and send to pharmacy with perscription in hand.
