I think i am getting the sack.
I work in a hotel and basically, a man i checked in has complained about our hotel and my service on check in. i remember this man checking in, he was really nice and jokey and somehow we got on to the topic of ghosts and now he is LYING saying i said his room was haunted and that he was shocked at me for saying that!
Why would a man do this?
He has wrote the complaint on the internet, and people keep calling up my work asking about it and i think its obvious it would be me because i am the ONLY one that takes time to talk to guests. He also complained about the general status of the hotel, think he was mad at that and decided to just exaggerate.
I am off work with stress and depression at the moment, but i am so scared to call up work or go back and it is not helping my situation! Noooo!
I hate guests.
