You need to be more specific. Does it say that your service provider can’t connect to the Internet. Reapair your network connection. Tell me what it says. And how are you on the Internet anyway?

are you not getting internet sent shut down?
have you tried restarting you computer?
have you try restarting you modem not gust Unplugged it?
was there a power out?
was there thunder and lighting?
have you payed your bills?
does it say anything?
does everything else work?

is it dialup or high speed internet
