Does your phone number appear when you text message someone?

I’m about to send someone a message because I accidentally gave them my number wrong, but I’m thinking it would be pointless to tell them my new number if they get it when they get the message.

Yeah, it would be a bit pointless. As long as you sign the text message with your name, he’ll know it’s you.

Correct - the number always shows up unless it is a ‘Push’, which I believe can only be sent from software - not from phones.

Help me with: I am having trouble with windows xp networking.
