god only knows I need help my financial problems are

bogus, I am supposed to be paying one third of my rent which at full is 1039.00 plus pay off an oustanding debit with osap which is over a grand, next comes the new computer I want to buy which is going to amount to yet another 900$, and thats not even the start there is my boyfriend who just bought a new car because his truck broke down and that is worth 8000 dollars all in all I am stressed… by the way did I mention I only make 10.50 an hour

Help me with: If you do not have access to the mains power supply, and the earthing in your house is not proper, is there anything you can do to prevent shocks ?
