What should i do!!

Sying? You mean dying?

I think you should neither shoot nor cut yourself. It’s your emotional pain you want to end, not your life.

Either that, or you want attention. But there are better ways to get attention, and, if you get it this way, you will not be around to enjoy it. What good is that?

Instead of sying or dying, why don’t you take a nice, long, refreshing walk in the out-of-doors? Take deep breaths. Cry, if you want to. Clear your head.

Then, when your head is clearer, come back here and tell us what is causing you all this pain. Whatever is going on, it can be changed. Most things do change; they even change on their own, with no interference from us.

But come back, and some of the compassionate and sensible people here will help you brainstorm to try to figure out how you can make things better.

First, the walk.
