1. Lower calorie count
2. Excersise 3-5 times a week
3. Get organized
4. Plan for your shopping trip and think of vegetables and fruits as rainbows. Get one fruit and one veggie for every color of the rainbow
5. Stick to it!
6. Yogurt is always a sensible choice
7. If you get the urge for something sweet, try popsicles instead of chocolate or etc. of that matter.
