I am plagued with relationship anxiety problems.
I am often lonely, and I want a boyfriend. But it seems like whenever I like someone, as soon as it begins to work out I get really anxious. So anxious that I literally want to end the relationship. I feel like starting something is such a huge decision that I will never be able to reverse it, and I worry constantly about something going wrong, or what if I don’t even like them as much as I think I do? I am getting together with a guy I have liked for a long time currently, and these feelings are surfacing. I don’t want to ruin it again, if anyone has any links to sites that would help, or ideas of ways to cope, I would be so grateful.
