old dad with dementia …i’m not getting sleep and i don’t have the strenght to go on…

Don’t give up! Check into local churches for help and support. Find someone
to watch your Dad for a day while you go out and just relax.

What an amazing thing you are doing, just remember to nurture yourself, and keep your faith in G**, and give yourself a little personal pat on the back when you are about to go to sleep at night. Remember to not lose your temper on or hold things against him, I know it can be tough. But remember one day this could be you. Self-Nurturing!
